• Is the indicated price per piece?

  Unless otherwise stated in the article title, the price indicated is per item, irrespective of any further information in the article text.

• Is there a minimum order quantity for orders?

  No, there is no minimum order quantity. However, please note that full shipping costs will be charged even for small orders and for small order amounts.

• Why can't I add an item to the shopping cart?

  If you would like to order an item but cannot enter a quantity, this means that the item is not available at the moment and therefore cannot be ordered. In an urgent case, please enquire by e-mail or telephone when the item will be available again.

• What payment options are available?

  It is possible to pay by credit card (Visa, Master), Postcard or TWINT.

• How long does the delivery take?

  Generally, the delivery times are according to the terms and conditions.

• What are the shipping costs?

  The shipping, packaging and administration costs are between CHF 3.00 and CHF 10.25 per order (incl. VAT), depending on the weight of the items. Express shipping is not provided.
  

  Shipments abroad: The calculated shipping costs can be seen directly in the order process.
  Please note that any customs duties or VAT on import are NOT included in the price and must be paid by the recipient. (=DAP delivery)

• Can items be shipped abroad?

  Yes, shipping abroad is possible.
